Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you! Try to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space and make sure you’re all set! We provide mats and towels, all you need to bring is clothes you feel comfortable getting really sweaty in and a water bottle! We also sell lots of goodies in our retail shop in case you forget something. We provide lockers to store your belongings.

Yes! We encourage you to try any class offered on our schedule.

Download our App! We encourage everyone to pre-register as spots tend to go fast. However, you are more than welcome to hop on a waitlist or even stop by in person to check on availability.

We love the heat! Class temperatures range depending on the class style but you can expect anywhere from 92-102 degrees. Practicing in a hot room amps up the challenge, increases your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, encourages flexibility, and it feels SO GOOD!

We ask that you try to stay on your mat for the duration of class. If you do have to leave, please be mindful as you exit the space. Once you've left the room, we ask that you do not re-enter.

Yes, we have plenty of lockers to store your items.

There is very limited onsite parking on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you anticipate alternative parking, either on Melrose Ave. where there is lots of metered parking available, or one of the nearby public parking lots, such as the West Hollywood Public Parking Lot just around the corner at 625 N San Vicente Blvd. Please be mindful of street signs, we do not want you to get towed!

You can add yourself to the waitlist for any class that is fully booked. Please be mindful of adding yourself to the waitlist - if you get in - we will expect you and late cancel no show fees still apply. If a spot becomes free up to 1 hour before class time, you will be automatically added and an email will be sent. 1 hour before class our online waitlist closes, and any spots that become free after that will be up for grabs on our website/app or for in person drop-ins. Your spot will be given away if you are not present up to five minutes before class starts.

We hope you do! All Unlimited Memberships have 2 complimentary guests passes per month :) As with all class reservations, our standard 12-hour no-show / late cancellation policy also applies to guest reservations. If your guest does not show up for a class you booked for them, your account is subject to the no-show penalty as per our studio policy.

Yes, you can request a maximum of two (2) membership freezes, up to a total of 60 days per calendar year. This does not include involuntary freezes, such as studio closures. You must provide a minimum of six (6) days’ notice to ensure your account is not automatically charged. Please contact us at hello@silverspringsla.com or 424-278-1146 to put your account on hold.

Our regular class packages have no expiry. Promotional packages may expire.

Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and instructors, classes start on time. We are firm with this policy because opening the studio door once it’s been closed disturbs the flow of the class. Our classes begin with an introduction, including proper form and technique, that is required to be successful in class. If you arrive late for your class, we would be happy to find a spot for you in the next class, if there are available spots.

We ask that you stay in the room for the full duration of class.

Classes: All classes and credit packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Memberships: All Unlimited Membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Retail: Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and will be issued to the original form(s) of payment. After 7 days, a store credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns or exchanges without a receipt. Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

You must cancel class at least 12 hours in advance or you will incur a penalty. For Unlimited Memberships and Class Packages, you will be charged a $20 fee for no shows and $18 for any late cancellations. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period. This is to prevent spots from being booked up and unattended in classes that otherwise would have been available for another guest to book, and to give those who are on the waitlists for our most popular classes a chance to get a spot in class. If you are unable to make it to class, we encourage you to cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges, and so that your spot can be made available. Yes! We have four All Gender bathrooms, three showers in both Women’s and Men’s change rooms and one All Gender/ Accessibility shower/bathroom.

We are a cashless studio.
